For consumers concluding distance contracts for digital content or services.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to Chainvision Games FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Digital Park, Building A1, P.O. Box 342 001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, or email business@katanainu.com. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment as for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.
Immediate digital content delivery
For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right expires only when performance begins after you have expressly consented to performance before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that you thereby lose the right when performance begins, and received the required contract confirmation on a durable medium, such as email (§ 356(6) BGB). Merely accepting general terms or opening checkout does not provide this separate consent.
Services
For paid services, including a digital service where applicable, your right expires only after full performance if, before performance began, you expressly consented to an early start and acknowledged that you lose the right upon full performance (§ 356(5) BGB). Starting a subscription does not by itself end this right.
If you expressly requested services to begin during the withdrawal period and were properly informed, you may have to pay an amount proportionate to the services supplied up to your withdrawal, compared with the full agreed service. The statutory conditions apply.
Withdraw from a contract
You can send your withdrawal to business@katanainu.com. Include your name and enough information to identify the order; no reason is required. An email link opens your email application and does not submit a withdrawal itself.
