Terms of use and sale
These terms cover Ryoshi and its digital items supplied by Chainvision Games FZCO; see the Imprint for operator and contact information. The seller and terms applicable to a Launcher or store order must be identified before that order is placed.
1. Account
Keep your sign-in secure and your details accurate. Do not share or sell accounts, cheat, evade security controls or use another person's payment method without permission. We may restrict accounts for fraud, abuse or serious breaches.
2. Holder benefits
Eligible $KATA, Takeru and Forge holders may receive a 0%, 15% or 40% discount, up to a maximum of 40%. The benefit applies only to game items. The offer may be changed or withdrawn for future purchases; the price agreed for an existing order and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. The Launcher determines eligibility before checkout.
3. Virtual goods
Skins, boosts, passes, coins and other virtual goods grant only a personal, non-transferable licence for the named game. Digital items are bound to the Katana Inu Launcher account and apply to that account whether bought through the Launcher, website or a store. They are not money or investments and have no cash value. In Ryoshi, boosts only speed up your own single-player harbor; they do not award Katana XP or leaderboard places.
4. Store builds
Store builds for iOS, Android and Steam do not include wallet or NFT functions. Any account-bound digital item remains subject to the applicable store rules and the Launcher account rules.
5. Prices and contract
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT. The final total appears before payment. A purchase is concluded when payment is accepted and we confirm the order.
6. Refunds
Your statutory rights for defective digital products, including the applicable rights to conformity, necessary updates, price reduction or termination, remain unaffected. A voluntary refund policy cannot remove those rights or your statutory right of withdrawal. See Withdrawal.
Product information
Before ordering, check the item description, total price including applicable taxes, compatibility, account requirements, delivery timing, duration and any recurring charges. A season pass is not evidence of an automatically renewing subscription.
7. Governing law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over these terms.
